Western American scrap sellers could receive a modest rise owing to improved demand.

US steel mills have currently started to stockpile scrap a head of spring, cause Western American scrap market to become tight in supply scrap and expect prices to rise in the near future.

In fact, weakening demand from Asian buyers towards the Western American scrap has made the prices to remain flat. However this fair demand would make the scrap prices to go up in Western American market and also would make the scrap supplier to face difficult to collect scrap and the scrap supply may become tight.
