The prices of Brass rose on the non-ferrous metal market (On Monday 28th June 2010.

Owing to a better demand from the consumer industries the prices of Brass rose on the non-ferrous metal market (On Monday 28th June 2010. Nickel and select copper prices eased due to lower industrial demand and mild profit taking coupled with bearish trend at the overseas markets.

Rs 2 have gained per each Kg for Brass sheets cutting and Brass utensils scrap to Rs 263 and Rs 256 respectively. Nickel prices declined by Rs 10 per kg to Rs 1,100. Copper armature decreased by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 355, while copper utensils scrap softened by Re 1 per kg to Rs 339.
